WHY ARE WE CALLED FILTHY?

Life is not about dipping your toe in or getting a little dirty, it’s about getting FILTHY in everything you do because that’s where the joy is.

WHAT MAKES FILTHY DIFFERENT?

Filthy olives are naturally fermented so they retain the rich and nutty flavor usually associated with olive oil. Chemical curing strips regular olives of their natural characteristics, so high amounts of salt and oil have to be added for flavor and texture. That’s why other olives create that slick on top of your Martini and why our olives don’t.

DOES YOU OLIVE BRINE HAVE ALCOHOL?

Our Filthy Olive Brine contains a very small amount of Dry Vermouth to round out the finish. Filthy Olive Brine is considered a non-alcoholic item.

DO ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN ALCOHOL?

Nope

ARE FILTHY BLACK CHERRIES “BRANDIED”?

No, our Black Cherry is non-alcoholic and is not a brandied cherry, making it ideal for all cocktail experiences.

I SEE CRYSTALLIZATION IN MY FILTHY BLACK CHERRIES AND BLACK CHERRY SYRUP, WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?

Crystallization is a result of refrigeration. We recommend storing at room temperature.

WHERE DO YOUR OLIVES COME FROM?

Filthy olives come from the Northeast region of Greece.

HOW LONG DO YOU CURE YOUR OLIVES FOR?

We cure our olives naturally over 4 months using only water and salt versus the chemical shortened 4-day process that other commodity olives use.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS KOSHER AND ORGANIC?

Currently only our Filthy Black Cherries are certified Kosher, but we are working towards certification for the rest of our products by 2022.

They are not currently organic, but we are working towards that by 2022.
